Refund policy
If purchasing through our website
With regards to video games, all games are normally sealed, or resealed.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Providing the above is true, customers can submit a return request to will@yardsgames.com and post the item back to us within 14 days if a return request is granted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs.
If purchasing in-store
All sealed products, in original condition with valid receipt, may be returned within 30 days.
Unsealed games and consoles may be returned within 24 hours (unless faulty).
If the item is a gift, we offer a free resealing service and can wrap it for you before leaving the store, thus giving you up to 28 days to return the product (provided it is still in the condition that we resealed it in), instead of the usual 24 hours.
Consoles bought from us have a 6 month warranty. If faulty, we will aim to fix or replace first. If there is a secondary fault, then we may offer a refund.
This is entirely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect any abuse or otherwise fraudulent behaviour.
